1. The Ministry of Electricity and Energy hereby announced an Invitation to Expression of Interest –EOI to the eligible Consultant/ Consulting firm who has international experiences to provide the consultancy services by technically, commercially and legally to assist in preparation of the Tender for the renovation and leasing of the existing Fertilizer Plants and Refineries and constructing of new Fertilizer Plants and Refinery under the Ministry of Electricity and Energy.
2. EOI proposals shall be submitted to the following address in person or by parcel express not later than (12:00) noon at the date of   27 January 2022;
