U Win Khaing , Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy met H.E. Mrs. Suphatra  Srimaitreephithak , Thailand Ambassador to Myanmar in meeting hall of Office No.27, Ministry of Electricity and Energy on 16th May 2019 in the morning 10:00 AM.

  Coordination meeting on management plan reducing the impact on public due to electrification load shed was held on May 11, 2019, at 09:00 a.m. at meeting room of Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation in Yangon Region.

Union Minister for Electricity and Energy, H.E U Win Khaing, received the Ambassador of People’s Republic of China (PRC) to Myanmar, Mr. Hong Liang, at Union Minister’s parlour on 10:00 AM in the morning.

Union Minister H.E. U Win Khaing for Ministry of Electricity and Energy accompanied by Deputy Minister H.E. Dr. Tun Naing and Departmental responsible persons   inspected Yeywa Hydropower Plant on 5 th May 2019  in  the  morning. It is situated on the river basin of Myitnge near Yeyaman Village, far about 38 miles from North - East of Mandalay.

H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Dr. Tun Naing, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo and departmental responsible persons inspected the condition of Upper Yeywa Hydropower project implemented by No. (3) construction under Department of Hydropower Implementation on Dotehtawaddy River (Myitnge River) for about 20 miles from Kyaukme Township, Shan state (North) in the morning on 4th May, 2019.
