Invitation for Prequalification(Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant of around 300MW Net Power Capacity)

1. The Government of Myanmar has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ywama new Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design, Supply, and Installation of a CCGT Power Plant of around 300MW Net Power Capacity.

1. The Department of Power Transmission and System Control (DPTSC) has allocated the financing towards the cost of the project. DPTSC intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the Contract for which the Bidding is issued.
