The Republic of the Union of Myanmar has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the National Electrification Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Installation of Distribution Lines and Transformers MOEE-NEP/ C1-W2 /18 process for Sagaing, Magway and Chin, MOEE-NEP/C1-W3/18 for Magway, Rakhine, Bago(West) and MOEE-NEP/C1-W6/18 for Bago (East), Kayin and Mon.

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank(ADB) toward the cost of Power Network Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments for the Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) – Distribution Component (“the Assignment”).

This amendment shall be considered part of the bid documents for the above-mentioned project as through it had been issued at the same time and shall incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original, bid documents, this Amendment shall govern and take precedence.
