Closing Ceremony of induction course (1/2018) for staff officers from DHPI, MOEE was held on 7th December, 2018(9:00)am at Yeywa Hall, Pang Laung Traning Center, MOEE.   In this ceremony, Dr. Tun Naing, Deputy Minister for MOEE, Permanent Secretary U Tin Maung Oo, departmental heads, trainers and trainees were presented.

   H.E. U Win Khaing, Union Minister for Ministry of Electricity and Energy received H.E. Ms. Ina Marciulionyte, Ambassador of Lithuania to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at 3:30 PM on 6 December 2018 at Minister’s parlour.

The Work Permit Agreement Signing Ceremony between Electric Power Generation Enterprise and Golden Green Energy Co.,Ltd to make Rehabilitation, Joint-Operation, Maintenance and Management (ROMM) for Hlawga Power Plant so that can operate in full efficiency was held on 30th, November 2018 in the morning 9:00AM at meeting hall, Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Nay Pyi Taw.

   H.E.  U  Win  Khaing,  Union    Minister  for  Ministry  of  Electricity  and  Energy  accompanied by Deputy Minister H.E. Dr. Tun Naing,  Departmental  responsible persons  inspected Natural  Pozzolan  Grinding Plant (Popa)  under Deparatment  of  Hydropower  Implementation. It  is  situated near Ngayankone village far about 2 miles from North - East of Popa on 25 th  November  2018  in  the  morning.

Dr. Tun Naing and responsible persons inspected the situation of 90MW Gas Fired Engine Power Plant Project implementing as per Build- Operate Own (BOO) System, Independent Power Producer (IPP) by VPower Holding Limited based on Hongkong in Taungtha Township, Myingyan District, Mandalay Region to fulfill electricity demand in coming summer on 24-11-2018 in the morning .
